When you book flights, accommodations, or other travel services through our platform, you are contracting directly with third-party providers. We act as an intermediary and are not responsible for:

  • Changes, cancellations, or delays by providers
  • Disputes between you and service providers
  • Refunds, which are subject to provider policies

Prices displayed are estimates and may change. Final prices are determined by third-party providers at the time of booking.

We do not warrant that:

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ITRAVELAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iTravelAI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

  • Is harmful to other users or our business
  • Exposes us to legal liability

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions that should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability) will remain in effect.
